Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $50–$60 per hour, based on experience
Essential Clinic is expanding our multidisciplinary healthcare services and is seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Henderson, Nevada.
This is a full-time outpatient position offering a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. The selected Physical Therapist will also have the opportunity to play an important role in developing and growing Essential Clinic’s new Physical Therapy program.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and other appropriate interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility, and recovery.
Complete evaluations, progress notes, treatment documentation, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
Collaborate with primary care providers and other members of the clinical team to coordinate patient care.
Maintain compliance with clinic policies, payer requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Participate in the development and growth of Essential Clinic’s Physical Therapy department.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or other qualifying Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
Current and unrestricted Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Nevada licensure.
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Medical office looking for an individual who can schedule appointments, collect co-payments, and respond to patient calls , knowledge of insurance & the ability to verify insurance and benefits a plus. Medical office experience preferred but not required. Bilingual preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet patients at the front desk as they sign in.
Answer the main office phone line. Direct telephone calls to the appropriate section for assistance. Take messages as required.
Arrange and schedule medical appointments and determine patient eligibility for services. Relay general instructions to patients, or make referrals to other sections.
Obtain, update, and file medical records as needed.
Organize and research patient records, extract needed information, and review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency within established guidelines.
Obtain documentation as requested by healthcare providers (test results, or documentation not yet filed in records).
Perform other administrative and clerical duties in support of the medical care and operational support.
Conduct end-of-day process at close of business and resolve any delinquent or pending appointments in the computer system
